Damir Urban decided to use his song Spark, which won this year’s Porin award for the song of the year, to support our campaign. Urban was joined by Saša Antić, TBF’s frontman, the unique Gabi Novak, the Sunday at two’s forces, journalists Maja Sever and Aleksandar Stanković, and actresses and actors Nina Violić, Janko Popović Volarić, and Rade Šebedžija, alongside the famous psychologist and the previous leader of the educational reform, Boris Jokić.
My Place Under the Sun is Rijeka’s CCD organization’s ongoing program which has devoted the last six years to bolstering, educating, and aiding children below the poverty line.
Our central aim is to break these children’s cycle of poverty and help them succeed based on their merits instead of on their surrounding social context.
